Job Title: MarCom Intern
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Manager, MarCom
Roles and Responsibilities:
Events management
• Event planning, preparation, execution and follow-up
• Develop relevant operational SOP
• Complete comprehensive marketing events plan management
• Monitor and tracker for all marketing event’s effectiveness, Analysis, ROI
• Handling of event finances
• On-site support during events
• Handling and continuous update of the online event management tool
• Manage and train related partners and agencies
Marketing operation
• Be the contact person for all daily management inquiries from internal and external
• Marketing digital events management system operation
• Be the coordinator of Global marketing events system
Other assignments as required
Job Requirements:
Education & Professional Background
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
Relevant Experience
• Marketing, Medical, Journalism, Communication or Event management
Language Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English

• High degree of quality- and service-orientation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Detail oriented and able to follow directions
• High level of discipline and a high sense of confidentiality
