职责描述:1. Support team to complete internal scouting request.支持团队完成各事业部创新需求的收集和梳理2. Information collection of new technology or new product that benefits BOSCH business.收集并整理对于博世业务有益的创新科技及创新产品的信息3. Market Research and advanced technology screening.前沿科技市场调研4. Support team to make special project investigation or conduct project specified work arranged by mentor.支持团队进行特殊项目调查或带教安排的指定项目工作。5. Coordinate daily work of cross-functional activities, e.g. workshop preparation, office supplies purchasing etc.协助跨部门的工作需求，例如：组织工作坊，支持采购流程等岗位要求:1. Bachelor degree or above. (Engineering or consulting background preferred)本科及以上学历（理工科背景或有咨询实习经验优先）2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.出色的英文听说读写能力3. Strong self-motivation and quick learning ability.具有强自驱力及学习能力4. Integrity, honest and team spirit.正直，诚实，具有团队精神。
