职责描述
岗位职责：
机构准入支持：协助合作机构的准入流程，包括尽调资料收集与整理、准入清单核对、内部审批流程跟进与归档。
协议处理：协助合作协议的起草前准备、版本管理、用印与归档，跟踪协议签署进度并维护台账。
客户方案与材料制作：根据业务需求制作和优化客户方案 PPT、产品介绍、路演材料等，确保内容准确、排版专业。
日常事务协助：协助会议安排与纪要、数据整理与录入、渠道信息维护、跨部门沟通协调等日常运营事务。
业务支持：根据渠道拓展与渠道支持团队的需要，提供灵活的项目协助。
Job description：
Institutional Onboarding Support — Assist with partner onboarding/admission, including due-diligence document collection and organization, checklist verification, and follow-up and filing of internal approvals.
Agreement Processing — Support pre-drafting preparation, version control, execution (stamping/signing), and archiving of partnership agreements; track signing progress and maintain the agreement log.
Client Proposals & Materials — Produce and refine client proposal decks, product introductions, and roadshow materials, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
Daily Operations Support — Assist with meeting coordination and minutes, data entry and organization, channel-information maintenance, and cross-department communication.
Business Support — Provide flexible project assistance as needed by the Channel Development and Channel Support teams.
任职要求：
国内外高校在读本科或硕士，金融、经济、法律、管理等相关专业优先；
熟练使用 PowerPoint、Excel、Word，有较强的文档制作与美化能力；
工作细心、严谨、有责任心，对数字和细节敏感；
良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，学习能力强、抗压；
中英文俱佳，能阅读和处理英文文件者优先；
每周可到岗 3–4 天，可连续实习 3 个月以上者优先。
Job requirement：
Current undergraduate or master's student; majors in Finance, Economics, Law, or Management preferred;
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong document preparation and design skills;
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible; sensitive to numbers and accuracy;
Strong communication and teamwork skills; fast learner; able to work under pressure;
Strong Chinese and English; ability to read and handle English documents is a plus;
Available 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months (longer commitment preferred).
