职责描述
[4-6 months, 4-5 days/week]
Name of Project: Project Management Development
Main Tasks:
- Support in organisation and management in project committees activity (align Agenda / check availability of presenters / facilitate the meeting / generate minutes and follow up tasks)
- KPI Tracking (depending on Project phases there are different KPI's that need to be followed up and deviations would need to be followed up)
- Change Management Tracking (make sure that possible changes are prepared and evaluated properly. All aspects are taken into consideration and the Committees are able to take a efficient decision)
- Support in strategical product development and continuous process improvements
- Taking on project tasks in close collaboration with project partners
- Cross-departmental research and preparation of diverse project topics
- Accompanying technical changes from inception to implementation
- Creation of management and decision documents
Learning Opportunities:
- Get a good overview on RD processes in Mercedes as well as general insight into a lot of component requirements
- Project Planning and Execution and practical experience: Understanding the lifecycle of project in MB and hands-on experience in managing project
- Team Collaboration: Gaining experience in working with diverse teams and developing communication skills
- Problem Solving: Learning how to identify, analyze and solve project related issues
Key Qualifications:
[Required:] Ongoing studies with a technical or business background, very good englisch skills, good skill in MG-Office
[Preferred:] Good process design and analytical skills, High degree of independent work, Strong communication and teamwork skills, Motivation and reliability
[Bonus:] Good chinese or german skills, Intercultural competence desirable
