职责描述
• Assist NPM engineers to deal with the purchasing activities.
• NPMS document archive management such as contract, supplier list etc.
• Team admin activities handling including meal reservation, stationary ordering and express dispatch and collection etc.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
1、 分包相关数据的收集整理，月度报表的制作
2、 分包采购文件的整理和发布
3、 分包系统方面的维护和对接
4、 其他一些行政性的工作。
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related business degree.
• Good at the office software in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills
• Written English is workable.
• Open minded, proactive, good team player.
