职责描述
岗位职责:
· 及时响应客户的电话和邮件,提供技术支持。
· 必要情况下,可以出差为客户提供现场技术支持,包括产品安装、调试、故障排除和简单维修。
· 与客户进行技术交流,了解客户对我们产品的需求以及客户系统结构的组成,提供解决方案和技术建议。
· 充分掌握产品知识,对客户与销售提供产品培训讲解,操作使用培训。
· 深入理解公司产品型号及应用,能够协助销售选型,判断型号是否正确,是否适合客户应用场景,并给出正确建议。
· 跟进销售机会,沟通客户需求,给客户提供选型、报价。
· 审核订单,判断产品型号和应用是否合适。
· 必要时可以搭建应用测试系统与模拟客户工况分析,为销售提供实际数据支持。
· 对主要行业应用进行研究分析,编写应用技术文档。
· 收集客户反馈,产品问题,撰写技术报告,并协助研发部门进行产品改进。
· 对公司产品、客户样品、返修件、竞品等进行测试,并提供测试反馈文件。
· 协助公司的展会布展和展会现场支持。
· 协助团队其他成员的工作,配合销售维护好客户关系。
· 持续学习Alicat产品知识和服务技能,以便为客户提供更专业的服务体验。
· 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
· 学历: 本科及以上学历,理工科专业 (电子电气、自动化、机械工程等相关专业优先)。
· 语言: 英语听说读写熟练,能够进行日常技术交流。
· 经验: 0-3 年相关工作经验, 可接受应届毕业生。有现场技术支持经验者优先。有仪器仪表行业工作经验者优先。有PLC编程、通讯协议相关经验优先。有测试工作、设备维修经验者优先。大学理工科教师经历优先。了解气体和液体管路系统及零配件功能及使用场景者优先,如单向阀,过程连接,隔膜阀等。
· 技能:
o 具备扎实的专业技术知识,包括但不限于物理、化学、电子电路、软件编程等知识。
o 具备较强的实验测试、动手能力。
o 熟练使用office办公软件,包括excel, word, PPT。
· 素质:
o 能够很好的理解和描述仪表产品的工作原理,理解客户系统的工作原理。
o 具备良好的团队合作精神和责任感,主动为其他同事提供帮助。
o 对客户有耐心和同理心,能够积极解决客户问题。
o 具备良好的沟通能力和表达能力,能够清晰地向客户传达技术信息。
o 能适应频繁出差,具备较强的抗压能力。
o 渴望学习,有好奇心,能够深入分析、钻研并解决问题。
o 能够有条理的安排好自己的工作。

Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to customer calls and emails to provide technical support.
· If necessary, travel to customer sites to offer on-site technical support, including product installation, debugging, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
· Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their needs for our products, their system components, and provide solutions and technical advice.
· Study and understand well of our products, part numbers and applications. Help sales team to select suitable product and part number for customers. Evaluate and determine whether the model is suitable for customer's application, and provide right suggestions.
· Follow up sales leads, communicate with customers about their requirements, select suitable products and solutions, and quote to customers.
· Review sales orders, find mistakes, and evaluate if the products match the applications.
· If necessary, build test system which could simulate the customer's working conditions, do tests and provide data for sales and customers.
· Study main industries and applications, and write application notes.
· Conduct product training and operation training for customers and sales team.
· Collect customer‘s feedback and product issues, write technical reports, and assist the R&D department in product improvement.
· Test company products, customer samples, returned items, and competitor products, and provide test feedback documents.
· Assist in exhibition setup and provide on-site support during trade shows.
· Support other team members and collaborate with sales to maintain good customer relationships.
· Continuously learn about Alicat products and service skills to provide more professional service experience to customers.
· Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
